Our Focus is to learn as much as possible about each person we work with to understand their unique biomechanical movement patterns so that we can develop a training program that best suits the needs and aspirations of each individual golfer, whether you are an established tour player or new to the game.
One aspect of the analysis is the functional screening process which evaluates a golfers posture, balance, mobility, stability, co-ordination, functional core strength and muscular endurance. This is designed to highlight any areas of weakness which may need attention.
Once a physical limitation is identified we are able to directly relate this to areas of performance breakdown and design a workout program, practice regime, pre shot routine and your equipment based on the results.
The screening process along with your equipment fitting assessment is your chance to measure where your game is at present and put ongoing learning in place to reach any goal you wish to achieve.
